Wootton Academy Trust [WAT] consists of Wootton Upper School, which has 900 pupils in Years 9-11 and Kimberley 16-19 College.

We have a new opportunity for a qualified specialist teacher in SpLD to work in our busy Learning SEND Department. 

The post holder will be a member of the Trust’s Student Support Team working under the supervision and direction/guidance of our SENDCo. You will support pupils who are on the SEND register with weekly lessons to teach them study skills to support their profile and to assess for Access Arrangements. You will be required to work in a variety of ways to ensure that our learners with additional needs are fully included in the life of the learning community and have equal opportunity to fulfil their full potential.
