We are looking for experienced Support Workers to work with a leading provider of residential care, education and vocational packages to children and young people with complex needs, including autism. You will be required to support students both in their residential setting and in school and will be supported by a wide range of professionals, including Occupational Therapists and Educational Psychologists. 

We have various positions available with a range of shift patterns. Work may also include evenings, nights and weekends.
 

Ideally, you will:
- have NVQ Diploma Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent
- have a good working knowledge of the SEND Code of Practice

- have experience working on a 1:1 basis
- be a calm, reflective and passionate practitioner

- be trained in de-escalation or crisis intervention
