Fixed Term in the first instance until 31st December 2018
Following job evaluation, we are seeking to appoint an experienced, self-motivated and highly committed Specialist Teaching Assistant. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting a child 1:1 with complex physical needs.
Captain Cook Primary School is committed to staff development and training.
The successful applicant must have:
- Excellent standards of Numeracy and Literacy;
- Level 3 TA qualification with a specialism in SEND
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills;
- Recent experience of working with children with complex physical needs.
The successful applicant must be prepared to:
- Supervise children during lunchtimes and playtimes.
