Through the nurture approach, pupils will improve their cognitive functioning and ability to learn through better emotional regulation.

The Role - Speech and Language Therapist

We are looking for an inspirational and passionate Speech and Language Therapist to support our pupils to access education through intensive interventions in speech and language. The provision will cater for Key Stage 2 pupils with very complex needs who require an intensive nurturing and therapeutic approach to enable them to access the curriculum.

Essential requirements to be successful in the role are:

• Demonstrable success in offering Speech and Language Therapy Services to children with SEMH/ASC.
• Minimum of 3 years’ post qualification experience.
• HCPC Registered. 
• Excellent attention to detail and proactive in proposing improvements to the service.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
