TreeHouse School provides a vibrant education for children and young people aged 4 -19 with a diagnosis of autism. Come and join the team to help make a difference to the lives of our children and young people. As a Speech and Language Therapist, you will join the Allied Health Professionals (AHP) team which includes Speech and Language and Occupational Therapists and an AHP Apprentice.

Judged ‘Outstanding’ by Ofsted in November 2017, TreeHouse School offers each pupil a personalised curriculum delivered by a multi-professional team including Behaviour Analysts, Class Teachers, Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) Tutors and Vocational Specialists.

This post is a maternity cover position, however further opportunity to extend the role of Speech and Language Therapist may be considered subject to Senior Leadership Team agreement. It is an exciting opportunity to take responsibility for embedding therapeutic approaches into our pupils' daily experience within the context of a newly developed service delivery model. The role includes line management responsibility for a Newly Qualified Practitioner.
