Aspris College North Wales are recruiting for a Speech and Language Therapist to join our Therapy team. We are looking for enthusiastic, caring, and enthusiastic people to become an integral part of our therapy team. The successful candidate will join our multi-disciplinary team, which may suit someone experienced in a special needs environment or newly qualified, who will be required to work closely with other  professionals providing support to students, reporting to the Therapy Manager. ​​​​​​​

Aspris College North Wales is a specialist further education college for learners aged 16-25 with Autistic Spectrum Condition and a range of associated conditions. Aspris College North Wales works in partnership with Coleg Cambria to deliver mainstream education with tailored support in education, independence and communication skills.

The successful candidate will be registered and will hold BSc Speech and Language Therapy or profession specific equivalent qualification, along with the following characteristics:

Resilience – We support some of the most vulnerable children in society who have varying degrees of emotional behavioural difficulties, autism, ADHD and associated difficulties so there will be times where your resilience is challenged. 

Communication – Communicating with our young people is vital to understand their needs.  Good teamwork and communication plays a key part in ensuring important information is relayed to other staff.

Committed – will join a supportive and experienced team of dedicated support staff, committed to delivering the very best care.
