The Ministry of Education, Employment and Gender Affairs of the Cayman Islands invites applications for the following education roles within the Government school system for the 2016/17 academic years commencing immediately or no later than 3rd January 2017:

Speech and Language Therapy Assistant
Salary: US$43,817 - $58,996 per annum

The Speech and Language Therapy Assistant under the direction and supervision of a Speech and Language Therapist, provide speech and language therapy services by delivering speech and language interventions to individuals and small groups of students in line with the SALTs intervention plans.

Requirements include:

  • A minimum of an Associate’s degree or 3 ‘A’ Levels
  • 2 years’ experience working with children, preferably in an educational setting
