We are looking to appoint a Speech & Language Therapy Teaching Assistant asap


Work Pattern: 36 hours per week, term time only plus 5 training days;

Work Hours: Monday: 8.30am-4.30pm, Tuesday-Thursday 8.30am-4.15pm, Friday 8.30am-3.45pm;

Salary: LSA3 Scale 5 £21,593 - £22,781 per annum plus £1,137 SSA (dependent upon qualification and experience).


We are looking for candidates who are enthusiastic, flexible and are willing to participate fully in the life of a special school. A drive and determination to your own professional growth, including the learning of new skills, and changing your practice, is essential. 


The ideal applicant will already be a successful classroom LSA / SaLT TA, and will be working in a school, supporting pupils with their individual communication strategies. The ability to communicate well both verbally and in written format is an important aspect of this role.
