Sherborne Sports Centre are looking to appoint a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sports Centre Operations Co-Ordinator to join our Sports Centre Management Team. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Sports Centre Facilities ensuring that they are in good working order, clean and safe for use in compliance with relevant legislation.

Sherborne Sports Centre’s mission is to provide sport for all in the heart of the Sherborne Community.

Our vast array of facilities includes:

  • A large spacious gym equipped with brand new Matrix equipment
  • A refurbished 25m swimming pool
  • 2 bright and airy sports halls
  • A fantastic 9.5m tall climbing wall and outstanding bouldering wall
  • A golf simulator boasting the newest technology
  • 2 fully air-conditioned fitness studios, one with atmospheric lighting
  • 4-competition level squash courts
  • A Sports performance gym providing Strength and Conditioning training for sports men and women

Sherborne is a boys’ independent school situated in the shadow of Sherborne Abbey. Founded by Royal Charter in 1550, the school has roots going back to the origins of the See of Sherborne in 705.
