Inspire and transform learning with us. We are looking to appoint a Sports Coach to work across our two academies and to support individuals and groups of students to support high standards of teaching Sports.

Main Areas of Responsibility
As Sports Coach, your responsibilities will include:
- Working alongside the PE teacher to ensure high standards of achievement and behaviour in PE lessons.
- Setting appropriate, realistic yet demanding expectations for students' learning, building on prior attainment/knowledge.
- Identifying students who may require learning support and know where to enlist help if and when required.
- Providing detailed and regular feedback to teachers on students’ achievement, progress and needs.
Qualifications & Experience
The successful candidate will have:
- Qualifications to degree level or equivalent
- Experience of working directly with young people in an education or training environment, supporting the learning of students.
- Experience of establishing and maintaining positive working relationships with a range of stakeholders, at all levels.
- Experience of managing and being responsible for own workload

Harris Primary Academy Philip Lane is a two form entry Primary with part time Nursery located in North London, which opened in September 2012 in the heart of Tottenham. We are a happy, caring and supportive Academy that is raising standards and expectations.
In work and in play, Harris primary students are encouraged towards traditional values: good manners and behaviour, enthusiasm for learning, and recognising right from wrong. Our aim is that, whatever a child’s background or starting point, by the time they move on to secondary school from the Academy they will have developed the academic skills, social skills, confidence and drive that they need in order to succeed.
