The Royal Hospital School is a leading independent co-educational boarding and day school for 11 – 18 year olds, set in 200 acres of Suffolk countryside overlooking the River Stour.

The Royal Hospital School has the following vacancy required for September 2019:

SPORTS COACH (HOCKEY)

We are seeking to appoint a Sports Coach (Hockey) to work alongside our Head of Hockey.  The successful candidate will play a key part in the continued development of our hockey teams. Girls play hockey in the first term and the boys in the second term with some pre-season work in the previous term for both.  Indoor hockey training and fixtures take place in the Michaelmas term before Christmas. There will be some support of PE lessons with different age groups, which will include swimming, basketball and badminton.  Coaching hockey in games lessons and after-school team practices and taking matches both midweek and on Saturday afternoons - including umpiring and travelling to away matches with the team.
