This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the swimming and water polo at King’s
The key personal qualities needed are enthusiasm, dedication and an aspirational approach, alongside a good sense of humour. The successful applicant will report to the head of Aquatics and head of sport.
Requirements:
- Relevant water polo and swim coaching qualifications.
- Ability to motivate and encourage swimmers/water polo players of all ability and ages.
- Knowledge and experience in delivery of swimming/water polo programmes.
Role:
- To deliver quality planned sessions to improve water polo players who are aged from 9-18.
- To develop a termly training programme.
- To ensure consistency of approach across the whole school and manage progression between schools
Desirable:
- To have the ability to deliver swimming lessons to help with the school’s partnership programmes.
