We are looking for a talented sports graduate with a netball or lacrosse specialism, keen to kick start their career by contributing to our dynamic sports programme. This is a unique opportunity to gain valuable teaching experience and be part of an accomplished sports team, whilst enjoying all that life in London can offer.  

St Paul’s Girls’ School is one of the country’s leading independent secondary day schools for girls aged 11-18 with a deserved reputation for excellence. The school is housed in grade II listed buildings on Brook Green. Facilities include a sports hall, multi-gym and dance studio, nearby sports field and swimming pool, and access to superb rowing facilities on the Thames. The school has just completed work on new hard courts, and a pavilion that includes dance and strength and conditioning centres. Our sports programme caters for around 740 girls offering a diverse portfolio of activities from basketball to lacrosse and zumba.

The internship will include:

· Teaching, coaching and administration across all sports

· A lead role in netball or lacrosse development

· Opportunities to participate in a wide range of co-curricular activities

· Accommodation in staff apartments

· Free weekday lunches 

The post will initially run for the 2018/19 academic year. The quoted salary is paid over 10 months and includes holiday pay.  To apply you will be a recent graduate in Sports Science, Sports Coaching, Physical Education or a similar discipline. You will ideally hold qualifications in netball or lacrosse, have experience in strength and conditioning coaching and have good administrative skills.
