Ardingly College are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and inspirational Sports Graduate to support the Games department from September 2019 for a fixed term period of up to 12 months.
The role will involve coaching sport and promoting the general progress and well-being of individual pupils. The post holders will be required to take part in the Prep and Senior School games programme throughout the whole week and support the Director of Sport with organising and preparing for fixtures on Fridays, alongside attending Saturday fixtures.
The successful candidates should have a high level of experience in playing and coaching Netball.
It would be advantageous for candidates to have experience in Hockey as well as Netball, however Netball is the main requirement of this role.
Applicants will be self-motivated, have the ability to work well in a busy team environment and be able to communicate effectively with pupils and staff.
The hours are 40 hours per week for 35 weeks per year (during term time only, plus one additional week to assist with pre-season training). Accommodation is available for the successful candidates if required. The salary is £14,393.94 per annum, inclusive of 4.2 weeks’ holiday pay.
