Sports Teaching Assistant required at a large junior school in Banstead, Surrey
We are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced Sports Teaching Assistant who will work in the classroom supporting the teacher and pupils.
You will also work with the PE co-coordinator to provide specialist coaching and support to pupils to support the PE curriculum and extra curricular activities.
You will be required to organise and run activities during the lunchtimes and before and after school.
Hours are 8.45-3.15 with 1/2 hour break and the requirement to work a minimum of 1 before school club (8am start) and 1 after school club (till 4.15pm). Flexibility will be required to attend tournaments and other sporting events throughout the year. As this may mean travelling to other local venues own transport would be preferred.
