Lancing College is seeking to recruit a Sports Undergraduate Assistant for September 2020 until the end of the academic year. This is an exciting opportunity for an Undergraduate to get fully involved with Boarding School life, which will involve work in both classrooms and boarding house environment plus outdoors in all weathers. 

Undergraduate Assistants at Lancing College undertake a wide range of roles and these roles will, where possible, be linked to particular interests and areas of expertise. 

The ideal candidate will be a positive, self-motivated person, able to work within a team environment but also able to work independently, the successful applicant will be required to have excellent time management, and interpersonal communication skills and an ability to deal with people at all levels. Annual salary £12,500 which is paid in twelve equal parts on the 26th of each month. This is a residential post. Accommodation will be provided free of rent. Council tax and utility bills will be paid by the school, with free on-site parking, including all meals in term time and free use of the School Gym and Swimming Pool in staff times.
