We seek an organised, efficient, enthusiastic and cheerful administrator to support the senior school staff in this busy dynamic learning community.

We are looking for a highly competent, well organised individual who brings enthusiasm and innovation to the team, and someone who is able to take responsibility for tasks as well as work independently when required. We are seeking someone who has a positive, can-do approach and works effectively with others.

This role calls for a flexible approach and someone who is adaptable with the ability to deal with both a reactive and proactive workload. Experience of working in a similar role within a school would be beneficial.

Competitive salary + benefits.

The position is offered as a term time only role.

Hours: 37.5 per week, Monday – Friday.

St Paul’s School was founded in 1509 and currently occupies a large site in Barnes, south-west London. A selective independent school, it provides an education for boys aged 7-18 and has boarding facilities for a small number of its students.

Prospective entrants are usually expected to pass online and/or written examinations across a range of subjects, as well as undergoing an interview with a senior member of staff. In order to improve accessibility for students from poorer backgrounds, a wide range of bursaries and scholarships are available for boys who reach the required academic standard.
