SRS is a BSO approved international school that provides a high quality education, meeting the needs of a diverse range of students. We deliver the British National Curriculum to an increasing population of around 3000 plus students from FS to Year 13, leading to GCSE, IGCSE and AS/A2 qualifications.

We are looking to recruit a strategic leader for SEN who will be responsible for providing strategic direction, coordination, management and oversight for SEN across the whole school.

Ideal candidates must:

  • have a first class SEN degree and relevant experience including the NASENCO award for SEN and Inclusion leaders in England
  • have strong and demonstrable experience as a hands-on leader/coordinator of SEN across the school with a track record of significant impact in improving SEN provision and student outcomes
  • have the ability to identify and deliver highly effective approaches to meet the needs of  SEN students with a wide range of learning needs
  • have the experience to promote high quality teaching and provide support and training for all staff to meet the needs of our SEN students
