St Paul’s Way School Sixth Form (SPW6), supported by Queen Mary University of London is seeking to appoint an exceptionally well-qualified and talented Student Achievement Co-ordinator to work with the head of year and the head of sixth form.

 

The main purpose of this role is:

 

  • To track attendance and punctuality across the year group providing students & parents support, to ensure students come in every day
  • To support the implementation of the school’s centralised behaviour policy to secure outstanding behaviour for learning including stepped consequences and positive recognition
  • To ensure excellent behaviour in the sixth form study area so every student is able to study independently
  • To support student wellbeing across the cohort
  • To plan early intervention to ensure all students in the year group make outstanding progress
  • To liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure students receive effective support
  • To build positive and effective relationships with parents
  • To provide administration support to the Year Team Leader
  • To support the higher education and UCAS strategy and the sixth form admissions process
