Job overview

The role:

We have an excellent opportunity for someone to join our School Administration team as the Admissions & SIMs Data Manager.  

You will be responsible for all matters relating to school admissions, transfers and place access. Ideally you will have knowledge and experience of the Schools’ Admissions and Appeals Code and will provide insight and administrative leadership in reviewing and developing the school's policies and procedures. 

Experience with SIMS and end of year procedures is essential as is your general office-team and data management skills and attributes. 

Confidence and the ability to engage with external partners including parents is a key element to this post, as well as working in a fast-paced environment and managing workload and responsibilities autonomously. 

The present incumbent is relocating and will be remaining in post until the end of this academic year facilitating a handover period with the successful applicant.

Job Specifics: 

Start Date:   21st June 2021

Salary: £24,286 - £34,350 pro-rata & subject to experience

Job Role:         36 hours per week over 40 weeks (term-time + 1 week)

A warm welcome to Sunbury Manor School, a proudly comprehensive, mixed 11-16 Single Academy Trust school with approximately 1100 student on roll, with capacity to grow.
