St Thomas More and St Anne’s Catholic Voluntary Academies, both part of the St Ralph Sherwin Catholic Multi-Academy Trust, are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and passionate Student and Family Support Worker to join their busy, hardworking team.

The position requires the successful candidate to:

• Work as part of our pastoral team in leading work with families to support the engagement and well-being of students at school and at home.

• Work with families and school to plan and support learning and behaviour programmes.

• To support Early Help assessments and act as lead professional where appropriate.

This is an exciting opportunity to join the St Ralph Sherwin Catholic multi Academy Trust working with our academies in Buxton, working as part of the pastoral staff to ensure that vulnerable young people are supported so that they can thrive within their community and achieve their full potential.

St Thomas More is a small, popular Catholic High School and St Anne’s is the neighboring primary in the beautiful town of Buxton in Derbyshire; within easy access from Cheshire, Manchester and Stockport as well as Derbyshire and other surrounding areas. We have recently become a Voluntary Catholic Academy and part of the St Ralph Sherwin Catholic Multi-Academy Trust within the Diocese of Nottingham.
