Salary: £27,164 - £31.46 per annum (Pro rata £24,955.04 – 28,931.09)
Key Responsibilities
The Student Liaison Officer will work closely with faculty, curriculum leads, and external providers to ensure a diverse and engaging enrichment programme that maximises student participation. They will champion the Student Voice by recruiting, training, and supporting Student Representatives and Ambassadors, empowering students to play an active role in shaping their college experience. A key aspect of the role is organising and coordinating themed events, charity initiatives, and student-led activities that contribute to personal development, employability skills, and a strong sense of community.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
The ideal candidate will have experience in youth engagement, education, or community work, with the ability to inspire and support students in a vibrant and inclusive environment. Strong organisational and event management skills are essential, along with the ability to build relationships with external organisations and local partners.
