37 hours per week

41 working weeks (Term time plus inset days plus 10 days during academy closure)

Actual minimum starting salary - £21696

We are seeking to appoint a Student Progress Manager to work within our vibrant and successful SEND Faculty. The main purpose of the role is to facilitate the effective management of processes, systems and administration related to the progress of students with SEND.

This is a wonderful opportunity to work not only with students and staff in implementing our academy Special Educational Needs and Disability Policy and procedures but also to be part of a friendly and supportive academy where the professional development of all our staff is given a very high priority. Plume’s very positive Ofsted inspection judged the academy as ‘good’ in all areas, including the Sixth Form.
