We have an exciting opportunity for a Student Records & Administration Manager at St Francis Xavier College, Florey. To be successful in this role, you will have proven experience working in complex student administration or records management related roles. You will have comprehensive knowledge of student records management, timetabling systems, processes and experience working with information technology to manage, manipulate and report on large datasets. You will also require a demonstrated ability to use discretion and maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information relating to staff, students and families in the school community. Additionally, you will have a knowledge of the ACT Education system, in particular the Board of Senior Secondary Studies processes; although this is not essential, it will be highly regarded in applying for this role.

Please note that this is a full-time permanent position with a negotiable commencement date. A pro-rata salary amount will be paid for part-time appointments.
This position involves working with children. The appointment of successful applicants will be subject to satisfactory employment screening for child related employment in accordance with CE policy.
