The Director of Bishop Hogarth Catholic Education Trust and Governors of The English Martyrs Catholic School and Sixth Form College are seeking to appoint a Student Services Administration Officer.
You will be an operational and administrative lead for a range of student facing duties, including admissions, attendance and maintenance of student records.
The successful candidate will also be required to work on our school reception to provide a welcoming environment for our school community, as well as take a lead on key administration.
We are looking for candidates who work well in a team, have good communication, organisation and IT skills, are adaptable, and are able to work to deadlines.
A good level of English and Maths is essential as well as the ability to engage effectively with children, staff and parents develop professional relationships.
Our School is a vibrant, forward thinking and Christ-centred place to work.
The hours of work are Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm with a one-hour lunch break.
