Student Services Administrator
Full Time (37 hours per week) Term time plus 5 days
Salary Level 3, Point 14 (£14,289 pro-rata)

Parkside Federation Academies is a multi-academy trust which operates a group of secondary schools in Cambridge and an international sixth form, Parkside Sixth.

The Student Services Team provides front-line services to students and families. The role is a wide-ranging one that includes dealing with students’ queries, liaising with parent, administering school attendance and providing other administrative support. The role also includes Coleridge Reception service, receiving visitors to the school. The successful candidate will: have strong I.T. skills; be effective an effective communicator; have strong interpersonal skills; be calm and a can-do person.
