Job overview

We are looking to recruit a Student Services Administrator to support the wide ranging functions of the Student Service Team. The successful applicant will be part of a team that responds to prospective and existing student requests and queries. The successful applicant will have a real customer focus and be able to remain calm whilst dealing with multiple tasks and front line queries. and have a flexible approach to work.

Although he applicant will form part of an existing team to maintain an outstanding customer focussed service, they will need to ensure that they can work independently as the post involves four evenings (Monday – Thursday 3.30-8pm) and Saturday mornings (9-11am).
