New College Bradford seeks a motivated and hard-working individual to appoint to the role of Trust Student Services Assistant, based at our Bradford site.
Joining our Student Services Team, you will help provide a high quality and customer-focused Student Services function for each of the sixth form colleges within the Trust. As part of your duties, you will act as a first point of contact for college enrolment and course enquiries, providing high quality initial information and guidance regarding college provision, making a key contribution to the running of the student application and acceptance process.
With previous experience using computerised administrative systems, you will have polished IT skills, as well as a meticulous eye for detail. Confident in your ability to plan and prioritise deadlines, you will also possess an understanding of how to handle sensitive information of a confidential nature. Maintaining a flexible approach to work, we expect you will possess strong organisational and time management skills, paired with a proficient customer service skillset.
