A background in positive behaviour management, experience of using restorative justice practice and an understanding of external agencies and the local authority fair access panel would be desirable but not essential. We are also looking for someone that has knowledge and understanding of working with disadvantaged pupils.

This role offers the successful candidate:

  • A chance to work across the academy supporting attendance and safeguarding;
  • A supportive and collaborative environment;
  • A values-driven school with high expectations of student conduct;
  • An opportunity to make a tangible impact on the welfare of students.

This is a permanent position offering an actual salary ranging between £24,390 - £26,829 per annum (£27,979 - £30,777 full time equivalent) commensurate with experience, based on 37.5 hours per week and Term Time plus 1 week inset. We would like the successful candidate to start as soon as possible.
