About the Opportunity

With exceptional customer care to all stakeholders, your primary focus will be to lead on and be responsible for the undertaking of administrative and organisational processes within the school, supervision of the admin assistant(s) and supporting with the promotion of school marketing.


We would like someone who can confidently provide administrative support to school staff as required and advised by the Principal and SLT. This is alongside ensuring that reception and general office administration is run in an efficient manner on a daily basis – so excellent communication and customer service care is essential.


About You


 

  • NVQ Level 2, GCSE C or above (or equivalent) in English and Maths    
  • General clerical/administrative work experience    
  • Experience working in an office environment, preferably within a supervisory role
  • Customer Care experience
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
