Student Support and Medical Care Officer

Grade 4, SCP 12-17, £24,496- £ 26,845 per annum (FTE)

Actual salary £21,422 - £24,300 dependent on continuous service and experience

Full time, 36.66 hours per week, term time plus 2 weeks

We are looking for a dedicated and professional individual to promote and deliver efficient and effective medical support for students at our school as well as assist with the important work conducted by our student services team and deliver general first aid to both staff and students at Blue Coat. The postholder will be part of the Student Support team contributing to promoting attendance and will support senior leaders around medical needs and concerns in relation to students. The post also involves mental welfare support and general administration duties.

You must be diligent, pro-active, an excellent communicator and team player with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with both young people and adults in an effective and appropriate manner.
