The College's Pastoral team consists of Heads of Year and Pastoral Support Assistants in each Year Group of the College supporting students’ wider needs ensuring they are able to access the curriculum. This team also works with other teams across the College such as Pupil Premium, SEND, REACH, Attendance, STEPS.
We are seeking two Student Support Assistants who would be committed to the College and supporting our students. If you are looking for a career in supporting students or experience of all the Pastoral processes across the College we would be pleased to hear from you. We are seeking a flexible individual who will be used in a variety of ways to support the Pastoral Team and students. The post holder is required to be flexible as this is a responsive post, where daily needs will be variable.
The Student Support Assistants will work under the direct instruction of Pastoral Staff and SLT to support pastoral processes. This role is not based in an office and will require significant movement around the site and the ability to use available IT space. The roles are site based and will require you to work with all year groups 7-13.
