Due to the internal promotion of the existing post holder; we are currently looking for an enthusiastic, forward thinking, and motivated individual to become a Student Support Leader. The post will involve:

Working with Progress Leaders, classroom teachers, students and parents to monitor student progress, plan and implement interventions.

Monitoring and analysing behaviour and attendance data and to implement interventions for students or groups of students.

Monitoring and evaluating interventions to measure impact.

Developing and maintaining positive relationships with staff, parents, students and other agencies to support outstanding progress and the pastoral care of all students and groups of students.
