SZPAB is looking to appoint a Student Support Officer who will play a vital role in supporting student’s social and emotional wellbeing and removing barriers to learning. The successful candidate will be able to work across all Secondary grades and will report directly to the pastoral support team. In this administrative role, you will have excellent communication and organizational skills and be comfortable liaising with parents for all incidents and organizational tasks. You must be willing to maintain the high standards established at the Academy and be relentless in your pursuit of excellence in both attendance and behavior.
Requirements:
• Degree in psychology, counseling or a similar field is advantageous but not essential
• A clean enhanced Disclosure and Barring Services check or police check
• The ability to speak English and Arabic is an advantage but is not essential
