Student Support Officer - Key Stage 4 (Students age 14-16)

37 hours per week, term-time only

Salary: TDET Band 7, Point 22 -  £20,213 per annum (pro rata to £24,430 for a full-time post)

A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen due to the retirement of one of our long serving Student Support Officers at Gravesend Grammar School. This position involves working in a school on the frontline of student pastoral care.

Previous experience in this role is not necessary, however experience in education, social care, health, armed forces or the police may be beneficial. The overriding factor must be personality and attributes that will allow the successful candidate to engage effectively with young people, parents and teachers.
