We are looking to recruit a confident individual to support students at The Hollyfield School in achieving their full potential.
The successful candidate will be working with the Heads of Year, Senco, Student Support Centre Manager and Senior Leadership Team to provide intervention strategies for positive behaviour management and to provide a strong positive role model to students and develop a positive ethos within the existing pastoral system.
Hollyfield is a beautiful school set in the Surbiton area of Surrey with excellent transport links to central London which enables our staff and young people to take full advantage of the wealth of opportunities that London provides. We are an ambitious school that puts student achievement and wellbeing at its’ heart.
In April 2016 we were judged by Ofsted to be ‘good’ -‘The provision for pupils’ personal development is outstanding.’ Since then we have worked hard to continue to develop our high standards.
We are part of the Every Child, Every Day Multi Academy Trust and consequently, have further developed our extremely strong working relationship with Grey Court School (an Ofsted rated ‘outstanding’ school). We are very excited about the future and the opportunities the MAT will bring.
For further details about the school visit our website. Please note we cannot accept CVs and our standard application form must be completed and returned to email@example.com.
The Governing and Trust Bodies are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all our children and expect all staff to share this commitment. Any offer of employment will be subject to receipt of a satisfactory enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service check.
The schools within the Trust are committed to all aspects of personal development, are inclusive and seek to ensure every student achieves to the best of their ability.
