We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and confident person, who will work well as part of the Pastoral Team. The Student Support Officer will help manage and improve the behaviour and progress of students within the academy and support students in being ready to learn, be happy, successful and positive members of the academy community. 

The successful applicant will be required to supervise the Inclusion Room and cover absence and breaks in the Seclusion Room.
