We are seeking a caring, proactive, and approachable Student Support (Pastoral) Assistant to provide day-to-day pastoral support for our students aged 11-19. The role involves offering pastoral care, promoting positive mental health, supporting positive behaviour choices, and guiding students in both their personal development and educational journey. You will liaise closely with teaching and boarding staff, providing individual support and helping students make informed decisions about their wellbeing and studies. Experience working with young people and excellent communication skills are essential.
