In February 2019 Coulsdon Sixth Form College was incorporated into Croydon College, bringing together both of Croydon’s Ofsted Good Colleges. Our wonderful Couldson campus remains in the heart of Old Coulsdon, having had a complete rebuild, which offers exceptional learning facilities for over 1,100 students, and a fantastic working environment for our staff. We are seeking a Student Wellbeing Lead to join our Safeguarding and Wellbeing Team, This is an exciting opportunity to develop and coordinate wellbeing and mental health support services for students, helping them to overcome barriers and realise their potential during their time at college.

Applicants must have relevant experience supporting young people with mental health difficulties, and experience of developing and promoting support activities.

Our Student Services Department is an exceptional place to work, with staff working collaboratively to ensure the very best outcomes for our students. The department as whole is about providing an excellent student experience through responsive, accurate and highly efficient frontline support, including administration, bursary and front of house services, ensuring students can fully participate in college life and contributing to a warm, welcoming and inclusive environment.
