Smart Teachers are seeking a Studies of Part Time 0.8FTE Society and Environment (SOSE) Teacher for our client school located in the Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. It is an Independent Christian coeducational school and caters for Pre-Kindergarten to Year 12. 


To apply for ACT roles commencing Term 2, you must hold work rights in Australia and already hold TQI accreditation and WWVP clearance. Due to current travel restrictions into Australia, only candidates with PR or Australian Citizenship will be eligible at this time, and those onshore will be given priority.  


About the Role: 

• Part-time (0.6FTE), contract until end of 2020

• Role commencing 20 July 2020

• Teaching Years 7-12 SOSE and Years 7-10 History 

• Previous experience teaching NSW High School Certificate (HSC), ACT Board of Senior Secondary Studies (BSSS) and International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IB DP) will be highly regarded
