This is an exciting opportunity to join the college in a new role within our student support team. We are looking for an enthusiastic and inspirational study mentor to support students to reach their full academic potential. 

Study mentors work with individual students on a short or long term basis supporting development of independent study skills. We welcome candidates who are able to show a clear commitment to delivering high quality support to students of all abilities.

The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator with amazing organisational and motivational skills as well as strong IT skills. You will also have the ability to inspire all students to reach their potential by being patient, empathetic and engaging. 

In this role, you will be required to work 35 hours per week, term time only.
