Study Supervisor

Hours: 34 hours per week, term-time only (including 5 training days)

Salary: Level 3, Point 15-18, £14,442 - £15,164 pro-rated (actual salary) per annum

Required as soon as possible

The successful candidate will be required to cover the absence of a teacher by supervising students who are carrying out work set by the teacher in advance.

You will set high expectations to motivate and challenge students whilst managing behaviour effectively, promoting a positive learning environment. In periods where cover is not required the ideal candidate must be flexible enough to undertake other tasks such as exam invigilation, break duties, form responsibilities, administration and general support. 

You will have experience of working with young people ideally gained in an educational setting. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic and self-motivated and be able to work with minimum supervision.
