Subject Lead of PE (Female) - Maternity Cover

We are looking to appoint an inspirational and conscientious experienced Subject Lead of PE, who is able to work as part of a committed and friendly team.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to create and design innovative lessons to stretch and challenge our learners. The Subject leader for PE will play a pivotal role in working to support our secondary academy in the outstanding achievement of our students. They would be responsible for the strategic development of all aspects of PE learning and attainment in the department whilst developing and supporting them in creating outstanding practice.

In 1993 Guru Nanak Sikh College (an independent school) was opened at the request of the community by our founder Sant Baba Amar Singh Ji, whose vision is that through education we can eradicate poverty and ignorance.

The Academy is an oversubscribed all through Academy in Hayes, Hillingdon. It currently has a 7 form of entry in the Secondary Phase with a Sixth Form and 2 form of entry in the Primary Phase.

We take our responsibility for educating young people very seriously. We aim to help them develop confidence and self-esteem and we are proud of all that our pupils and staff achieve.
