We are seeking to appoint a dynamic leader to join our flourishing Mathematics department. The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic and innovative practitioner with a passion for the teaching of Maths, proven experience of teaching at KS2 and 3, an in-depth understanding of examination and scholarship requirements at both 11 and 13+ (including Common Entrance) and a commitment to the development of each child. They will continue to build on our excellent success with our boys and girls moving on to the top day and boarding senior schools. A willingness to make a wider contribution to the life of this busy and exciting school is essential.

Hill House is a thriving co-ed independent preparatory school for over 600 children, which offers great opportunities for its pupils. The school is forward-thinking yet traditional with a strong family ethos and an excellent reputation.

It was founded in Switzerland in 1949 and opened in London in 1951. Hill House became the first school to teach in two different countries at the same time with the same children. The school still has an annex in Switzerland, which hosts specialist courses throughout the year.
