The Role
The Governors wish to appoint a dedicated, experienced, confident and imaginative subject leader to join the talented, committed and supportive staff team at this ambitious and successful special school. The post will involve leading and managing Maths and numeracy across all key stages and teaching across key stage 3, 4 and 5. Applications from staff currently working in mainstream schools are very welcome. Therefore if you:
• have a real passion for teaching children with SEN
• consistently deliver lessons that are of the highest quality and ensure all pupils are enabled to make excellent progress
• have the skills, confidence and competence to lead and support the whole teaching and teaching support staff in developing pupils’ numeracy skills
• are highly motivated, energetic and have the desire to become involved in all aspects of school life
