As Subject Leader of English and a member of the extensive middle leadership team, you will be an outstanding classroom practitioner who is equipped to share your expertise with our already successful team to ensure even higher attainment and more positive learning experiences for our students. You may already have some experience of leading a team or this might be your first foray, but your commitment and desire for excellence will be clear.
