The ongoing training and development of our staff is a key priority, which is why you’ll enjoy a CPD programme ‘by teachers, for teachers’ that’s built around your particular talents and aspirations. And the sharing of best practice is both encouraged and common-place.

Our aim, quite simply, is to make sure that pupil achievement is at the very heart of everything we do. Food & Nutrition is a highly valued and poplar subject which our students enjoy within the curriculum but also through additional activities such as clubs and a trip to Italy! As such, we are seeking a talented leader driven by high expectations and uncompromising ambition for our students to build on this. 

As Subject Leader of Food & Nutrition, you will be an outstanding classroom practitioner who is equipped to ensure high attainment and positive learning experiences for our students across key stages 3 and 4 in what is an already popular and oversubscribed subject at GCSE. And you get to do this in our newly refurbished facilities!
