TEMPORARY SUBJECT LEADER OF FOOD SCIENCE AND NUTRITION (MPS/UPS + TLR 2.2)
We have a great opportunity for an exceptional and dynamic practitioner to lead our department, for a temporary period to cover a maternity leave, from September 2019.
The subject Leader of Food is a key role. The successful applicant will further develop excellent teaching, learning and assessment practices and raise attainment and progress at all key stages, and contribute to whole school priorities. The successful applicant will be able to teach Food across the full age and ability range up to and including Key Stage 5. It is also essential to be able to contribute to the teaching of Health and Social Care and/or CPLD at Key Stage 4.
This role will provide significant professional development, academic challenge and the opportunity to work within a vibrant learning community.

As a designated teaching school, we provide high-quality professional development, supporting induction, teaching, leadership and wellbeing.
