Post: Subject Leader of Technology- Food or Material Technology

Pay scale and salary:   MPS/UPS + TLR (Negotiable)

At this exciting time for the MAT, we are looking to appoint someone who has the right personal skills, energy, enthusiasm and ambition to lead the Technology department into the future. The successful candidate will be an outstanding classroom practitioner with a proven track record of ensuring outstanding student achievement and have the ability to lead others as a team.

You will also have the leadership experience and the ability to challenge individuals within your team whilst supporting them to achieve outstanding results. We are committed to delivering the best possible Technology curriculum.

We are a MAT that believes in unlocking potential in both students and staff and as a result offer leadership development opportunities and training for colleagues within and beyond the MAT.
