Due to the expansion of our school, we are looking to appoint an exceptional professional who will join a highly successful, enthusiastic and talented team and work with us to inspire our students. The role will involve leading the delivery of PE across KS3, KS4 and KS5. PE is a popular option subject both at Key Stage 4 & 5 and the results are consistently impressive. We are looking to appointment a female for this role to lead an established team.
Debden Park High School is a heavily oversubscribed Outstanding Academy that that OFSTED judged to be Outstanding in January 2017. We constantly achieve outstanding outcomes for our students and our first A-Level cohort achieved 100% pass rate last summer. Our new Sixth Form opened in September 2015 and moved into its own building in September 2016.
We have a creative and energetic PE team who are well resourced and dedicated to developing the full potential of our students. The successful candidate will be someone who is visionary, innovative and committed to moving learning forward in an exciting and active way; someone who is prepared to go ‘beyond outstanding’. Experience in netball would be favourable.
We lead a family of schools as part of the Kemnal Academies Trust and as a national teaching school we provide exceptional career progression and bespoke CPD experiences for our staff. We are excited that from September we will be running a hub for the TKAT SCITT.
